No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 2 years. 


If we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal data, we will either delete it or anonymize it, or, if it is not possible (such as when your personal information is stored in backup archives), we will store it securely and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

9. Do-Not-Track Features 


A Do-Not-Track ("DNT") option or setting can be activated in many web browsers and mobile applications to indicate a preference not to have your online browsing activities tracked and collected. As of now, no uniform technology standard has been developed for recognizing and implementing DNT signals. Accordingly, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or other mechanisms that do so automatically. We will inform you of any new standards for online tracking if such standards are adopted in the future.



10. Specific Privacy Rights for Residents of the European Economic Area and United Kingdom 


In some regions, such as the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom (UK), certain data privacy laws give you more control over and access to your personal information. If you wish to review, modify, or terminate your account, you may do so at any time. All requests will be considered and processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We are required by California law to provide to users who are California residents information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes, and the names and addresses of all third parties with whom we shared personal information in the preceding calendar year, once a year. a. CCPA Privacy Notice

  • Professional or employment-related information (business contact details in order to provide you our services at a business level, job title as well as work history and professional qualifications if you apply for a job with us) 
  • Protected classification characteristics under California or federal law (gender and date of birth) 
  • Commercial information (transaction information, purchase history, financial details and payment information) 
  • Biometric information (fingerprints and voiceprints) 
  • Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information (Images and audio, video or call recordings created in connection with our business activities) 
  • Education Information (student records and directory information)


b. Request to Delete 


Your personal information can be deleted upon request. In the event you ask us to delete your personal information, we will comply with your request and do so, subject to certain exceptions provided by law. 


c. Request to Know 


Depending on the circumstances, you can request information about whether we collect and use your personal information, the categories of personal information that we collect, the purposes for which the collected personal information is used, whether we sell your personal information to third parties, the categories of personal information that we sold or disclosed for a business purpose, the categories of third parties to whom the personal information was sold or disclosed for a business purpose, and the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling personal information. 


d. Right to Non-Discrimination for the Exercise of a Consumer’s Privacy Rights 


We will not discriminate against you if you exercise your privacy rights. 


e. Other privacy rights under the CCPA

  • You can request the correction of your personal data if it is incorrect or no longer relevant, or request that the processing of your data be restricted. 
  • A designated agent can make a request under the CCPA on your behalf. In accordance with the CCPA, we may deny a request from an authorized agent who does not provide proof that they have been authorized to act on your behalf. 
  • You can request that your personal information not be sold to third parties in the future. We will process the opt-out request within 15 days of its submission.
