CAMBRIDGE, ON. (April 29, 2025) – Armour Alloys Inc., a leading metal processing and distribution company, announced today its acquisition of state-of-the-art processing equipment from Metals For Industry (MFI), a toll processor of stainless, aluminum, and carbon steel coil product. The deal, finalized on April 28, 2025, includes advanced slitting lines, edgers, and coil oscillators, significantly enhancing Armour Alloys’ production capacity and product offerings.
The acquisition aligns with Armour Alloys’ mission to deliver high-quality, customizable metal solutions to industries including automotive, aerospace, stamping, roll forming, and general manufacturing.
